Work Out Routine

why do i get bored and feel lazy from my routine body work out exercise?
it happens that i make plans then after some time i stop doing my routine work out. feel lazy, and even if i force my self i am very much below my targets.
any solution to it
its true we exersice to loose weight but in my case i need it for kipfit.
The same reason you would get bored with food if you ate chicken soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the same reason you’d stop caring about fashion if we all could only wear the same outfit.
Humans crave stimulation and variety. “Routines” are good, but your body can get used to one and plateau. You need to take days off and throw in “surprises” for your body here and there. Normally jog? Spend a few days biking everywhere. Swim laps? Treat yourself to a month-long pass to salsa dancing classes.
When your interest peaks, so will your workouts.
