Leg Extension Curl Machine
How to do Leg Extensions without the machine?
i am working out and don’t have the extension on my bow flex how do i do the work out without the piece. im doing leg workouts and i cant do leg extensions and leg curls. so please help me out thanks.
squats accomplish the same thing. especially the sissy squat.
i’ll give you a link to a video demo and you can decide if it’s doable on the bowflex.(forget the barbell. it’s the angle and movement that is important to learn)
also, stiff leg deadlifts will take the place of leg curls.
