how can I get more strength from my workouts?

I’m 25 years old, I weight like 1.77 lb, I’ve been weight training for about three months and I feel that I’m not strong enough to lift more weight, I’m not a beginner, I used to workout in the gym very hard when I was younger, but I had to quit because of school and now I’m trying to lift more weight than the one I used to lift at that time, should I increase my testosterone level to get more strength? what supplement do you recommend that I should take to get stronger? does it take long to get lean? what should I do to better my workouts in the gym?

Dont work out on a totally empty stomach, and eat protein within a half hour after a workout. Muscle is actualy built in recovery, so working out to recover well should be a strategy… Both rotating the focus of which body parts you are focusing on: not good to do arms or legs two days in a row if your workouts are at your limits. But two days in a row is going to be OK if you are spending both days within your limits.
Also a body needs sleep, and an athelete needs more sleep. I’d avoid testosterone or crazy supplements as the gain is 1) artificial 2) has bad effects 3) interferes with other sysems in your body. (You wouldn’t want your wee wee to shrinky dink! And get a bad temper… Testosterone has been blamed for this.)
Getting lean: thats all diet!
