What can i do to gain weight other than lifting weights or strength training?

Your diet and sleep are the most important factors.

Aim for 4x your body weight in carbohydrates (go for complex not sugars if you can, but sugars definitely still have a purpose) 2x your body weight in protein, make sure you’re not falling short of your RDI for fat and you’re eating plenty of veges.

If you’re struggling to make these numbers then mass-gainer shakes are great, they are a mixture of protein, carbs and usually with the addition of important vitamins. They are also the best form of post-workout nutrition.

Sleep is the big one. Sleep is the most anabolic process your body undergoes, that time period is where you actually build muscle, so make sure at least 8 of your 24 hours are spent with your eyes shut ;)
