Can these resistance bands work for leg exercises?
Hey guys i was just wondering if these figure 8 resistance bands can work for good leg exercises (i’m a track sprinter/soccer player):

Their the only decent ones i can find to buy where i live but they don’t look like their specifically meant for leg workouts or does it even matter?
