is it ok to do resistance band workouts the day before a sprint race?
im a sprinter on the track team. i would like to know if resistance band workouts would affect me on race day if i do them the day before. positively or negatively if anything at all.
It’s fine just don’t do a hard work out with extra resistance bands – keep your routine normal.
