is it ok to do plyometrics/ power training on hard concrete floor with good shoes?
like on concrete floor with really good cushioned shoes?
Yes this is perfectly okay. I do many different plyo exercises on hard surfaces. Plyo is great for your body, and espessialy if you have good cushioned shoes you should be perfectly fine.
