Fitness Bands
Does anyone know the name of this dance fitness program I saw on TV?
I saw an infomercial recently for a dance fitness program. It was unique because the choreographer coordinates the dance moves to the tempo of the music. The program comes with fitness bands and the program also includes a stetch/yoga routine. Does anyone know the name of that program? I keep searching for it online but I can’t find it! Thanks!
