It will actually be beneficial for women to go through muscle training program because it will make them slimmer, firmer and leaner. Women will only put on more muscle mass if they will take testosterone supplements such as testosterone steroids and an extensive muscle workout routine.
So, unless you are a woman who already has a hefty amount of testosterone in her system, or are planning to ingest the hormone supplements, there is really no chance that you gain huge muscles just by muscle building. Thin muscles burn more calories. Loosing fat is never this easy for women. While lessening fat, it is equally important to have muscle resistance which really helps a lot in building muscle mass. Your weighing machine might not show a significant reduction in numbers, but you will definitely acquire a leaner, slimmer body. More muscle mass means healthier than more fat weight.
