Dumbells Adjustable Weight
is exercising at home going to get me results ?
i have bought some adjustable dumbells and do situps regularly , will this help me lose weight and gain muscle , has anyone tried this before ?
Sit ups won’t do a thing. They only build the muscle UNDER your abs, and if you don’t burn off the fat there first the muscle will build but you won’t see it, and your stomach will actually appear larger.
Dumbells are great for strength training, as building muscle increases the metabolism. But you NEEEEEED cardio. That’s the true fat burning activity. You don’t have to use fancy machines if you don’t wanna spend the money, or pay for a gym membership. (although I find gyms most helpful) Just go for a run, put some music on and dance, play your favorite sport – anything that gets the heart rate up for an extended period of time will help you lose weight, and weight training with that will tone the body and make you look fabulous.
