Calf Raise Machine
inflammed calf muscle?
I went to the gym the day before yesterday, worked out a little bit before I started to do my weight training. I decided to use the weight machine for the raised calf exercise. I put 100 lbs on and did about 90 rep all together(30 a set) After I got done, felt fine. Yesterday I woke up a little sore but nothing that I thought was out of the unusual. Today I woke up and could barely walk, nor can I barely stand flat on my feet. My calves seems to be swollen, and are very tight and tender. Does anyone know about how long it will take for me to recover and if so,which is the best way for me to recover? I did some research online and could not really find any answers that fit my situation.

Im in the EXACT same boat as u buddy, i did my legs 2 days ago, yesterday was a bit of pain then today i can barely stand flat on my feet, im trying to get answers aswell. If u do find any answers can u message me in yahoo mail. Thanks
