Bowflex Dumbells
Good workout routine for me? I have dumbells/treadmill?
Alright, I have 2 bowflex select tech 552 dumbells, a treadmill and any other objects that are normally in a house.
I’m wondering if anyone here can help me set up a decent workout routine that will pretty much work out my whole body with what i’ve listed (or if you suggest me buying something say that also)
Also, tell me how many grams of protein I should take after doing this, right now I only have protein bars with 10g’s in them I use.

Start slow, you will gradually build strength. If you are hardcore about this then you should probably work out 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours a day. Or whatever your body feels comfortable with. You should work specific body parts. Arms : Tris and biceps back chest legs should get thier own day. big body parts to smaller ones. Say for instance I’m doing back and biceps, I do all my back excercises then go to my bicep excersies. You can switch it up to what you feel comfortable with there are plenty of resources on the net to help you find excercises, just persistance will eventually pay off good luck.
