Bench Press Barbell
Does doing flat bench press with a barbell is the best chest exercise when you have large breast?
if other answers please suggest me any chest exercises. (NO WEBSITES!!!!!!!)
if you have a little extra fat on your pectoral muscles then benching a lot of weight will not help. if you are going to do flat bench you need to do less weight and more reps.
personally i think the best exercise for cutting down the size of your pecs is Push-ups.
start with 4 sets of 25 every day, and work your eway up. you will see results.
