Home gym I’m setting one up and heres the equipment I’m getting?
Lat down, seated row, chinning and dip station, 400Kg of olympic weights, power training rack, barbell, adjustable dumbbells 1″ diameter and 150KG of plates, olympic bench fully adjustable, tbar row system, seated calf rasie, standing calf raise, storage racks, leg extension and curl, mirror panels does this sound good for 1500£ as a home gym
This sounds awesome.
However, I wouldn’t bother getting the standing calf raise- you can do these with a barbell, so might as well save your money.
You could also get a cable pulley system. Assuming the weight goes high enough, you could use this for lat pulldowns and seated rows rather than getting specific machines for these. Plus a load of other exercises.
You also might want to consider some fixed dumbbells- I worked out with adjustable ones for ages and it does get really tedious having to switch plates all the time.
